What a heart breaking loss for Bobby and the family - all these years knowing she was a loving, good, devoted Christian woman - I felt so blessed to know Sheila's mother -

I don't know if you remember me or not. It has been a long time since I have seen you. You used to deliver groceries to my Mama Mozelle Ewing. Bobby, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your wife. I didn't know about Sheila's death until a long after she died. I am sorry about her death also. God bless you and yours and keep you in His Loving Arms forevermore.

Betty and her sister were dedicated in caring for their father (my stepfather) during a long decline in his health. She was a sweet and upbeat person.

Dear Bobby and Family, I was so sorry to hear about Ms Betty. She was such a lovely person and I enjoyed talking to her when she would call me to remind my group about the Joy Club Meeting at Ridgecrest each month. She always had that beautiful smile like the countenance of an angel. She will surely be missed by many. We all loved her. May God Give You and Your Family Comfort and Peace During This Difficult Time! My Thoughts and Prayers Are With You and Your Family!

As Kathy said, Betty was like a mother figure to many of us at BCBSNC. She was sweet, funny and a joy to around. She was a “doll baby” as she used to tell us. Rest In Peace, Betty. You will be missed.
